WonderPebble Games
Wonder Island Quest Privacy Policy
Effective date: 26 October 2026
Wonder Island Quest (formerly Adventure Island) is published by WonderPebble Games for children and families. No player account is required.
Versions covered
The earlier Adventure Island 1.0.1 release has no ads, purchases or analytics. Wonder Island Quest 1.1.0-test adds Google AdMob test advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). This policy also covers 1.1.1-test, which retains test advertising. Test ads earn no revenue. The Remove Ads test button only simulates an entitlement on this device; no real purchase or charge occurs.
Progress and age settings
Scores, unlocked levels, gifts, outfits, the star wallet and sound settings are stored on your device. An opening question uses birth year to choose a restricted or older age group. The entered year is discarded; only the age group is saved locally. Ages 13 or under and unanswered questions use child-directed, non-personalised ads rated G, and do not show the purchase simulation. Older players receive ads rated at most PG; this test build requests non-personalised ads for them too.
Advertising and third-party data
Optional videos can provide a continue, bonus stars or cosmetic items. Break ads appear only between levels. Internet is required for ads; core gameplay remains available offline. Ad rewards depend on Google's earned-reward confirmation, and ads are never required for a checkpoint retry.
Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad interactions, diagnostics and device/account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. This build removes the Android advertising ID permission, requests child-directed treatment for children and unknown ages, and contains no separate analytics SDK. Test ads do not mean the SDK has no network data handling. WonderPebble Games does not operate a server collecting player scores or birth years.
Google handles its data under Google's Privacy Policy. See Google's SDK data disclosures. The app includes an Ad privacy choices button which opens Google's privacy options form when Google makes one available for that device and region.
Children and choices
There is no chat, player profile, cash prize, betting, review reward or cash-out. Paid transactions are not enabled in this test build. Parents may contact us with questions. You may play without optional ads and can clear app storage to remove local progress and preferences; this also removes saved scores and gifts. Android backup settings may retain app data through your device's backup service.
Retention and security
Local progress remains until app storage is cleared or the app is removed, subject to device backup settings. Google manages retention of data it processes under its policies. SDK network traffic uses its platform security protections; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
Live ads or real Google Play purchases require a future configured release and updated disclosures. This page will be revised when the app's data handling changes.
